• Washington Beltway 495 to Route 5 South
• Route 5 South to Route 301
• Route 301 over the Potomac River Bridge "Harry W. Nice Bridge" to Route 3 East (fifth traffic light after crossing the bridge)
• Turn left on Route 3 East
• Turn left on  Route 202 East
• After approximately 18 miles on 202 East turn left on state road 621 Mundy Point (see note below)
• Cats Cove grey gravel driveway is approximately 2.25 miles on left
  

NOTE: Do not turn left on Route 621 Tidwells in Westmoreland County. 621 Mundy Point is in Northumberland County.

• Route 3 East
• Turn left on Route 202 East
• After approximately 18 miles on 202 East turn left on state road 621 Mundy Point (see note below)
